Instructions: RealtyAds Client API for a commercial real estate advertiser. Most tools READ data — accounts, ad reporting, engagement, prospects, website-visitor identification, and the media library. Some tools WRITE: targeting tools add or remove companies and contacts on an account's live ad target and exclusion lists (or change targeting settings); ad-management tools save a campaign's content as a reusable ad template and configure automatic ad rotation; and a media tool adds files to the account's media library. Every tool that takes account_id is account-scoped to the credential's allowed accounts, and each tool declares its required OAuth scope (accounts:read, ads:read, targeting:write, ads:write, etc.). Before changing anything, call a read tool (e.g. , , or ) to confirm current state so writes hit the right ids, and confirm the change with the user first — write tools take effect on live ads. Tool annotations indicate whether a tool only reads (readOnlyHint) or modifies data (readOnlyHint=false, destructiveHint for removals). Authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <api-key>, API-Key: <api-key>, or SessionToken: <portal session cookie value>.
