See what changed
Compare an original document with an AI-revised version to see what changed. Upload Word DOCX or searchable PDF files, ask Redline to compare them, and open the interactive comparison to review additions, removals, and replacements.

https://api.bookcicle.com/mcpWhen a user uploads a DOCX or PDF document, AI changes it to produce a revised DOCX or PDF file, and the user asks 'Use Redline to show me what changed', call once with original_file and revised_file only if the host supplies real HTTPS download URLs for both files. Never invent URLs or substitute filenames, local paths or attachment IDs for download_url. Use for text edits or when file download URLs are unavailable but the complete original and revised text are accessible. Pass both complete versions verbatim, including unchanged passages; never reconstruct missing text. Clearly identify text-only comparisons as such: they do not compare DOCX/PDF formatting or rendered pages. Both tools return a Redline viewer link; share it directly and do not repeat successful calls for the same pair. If neither full files nor complete text is accessible, ask for the missing input. An invalid_file_reference response requires corrected file access; stop retries and do not request repeated tool approvals or OAuth reconnects for unchanged inputs. Present the returned Redline URL directly to the user: anonymous users receive a token-based /view/<comparisonId>?token=... link, and subscribed linked document comparisons can return a direct /documents/<comparisonId> workspace link. Text comparisons return a private viewer link and do not claim workspace saving. Never infer or hand-write a diff when comparing documents.
