REMAX property listings
REMAX helps users find residential listings from REMAX Austria, Germany, and Switzerland in your AI. Users can search by location, price, property type, rooms, size, amenities, and visual attributes; count matching listings; and retrieve a specific listing by remax.at, remax.de, or remax.ch URL.
https://mcp.rim.propup.at/mcpEvery result row carries link_to_share, the listing's page on remax.at/.de/.ch, and currency (EUR or CHF), which is the currency of that row's prices independent of the country.
Each call renders one map card (map + listing cards). A reply displays only the card of its last call, so a later, narrower search replaces the earlier card — and one that matches nothing leaves an empty card even if the text names earlier matches.
property_type takes names (wohnung, haus, grundstueck, buero, geschaeft); immotype takes the raw integer codes. Buy vs rent is marketingtype; when omitted, both are returned. Size, rooms and price are the min_*/max_* bounds; Erstbezug / sanierungsbedürftig is condition. caption_contains and description_contains match only image captions and listing text, which rarely repeat words like 'Wohnung', 'Haus' or 'Miete', room counts or prices, so such terms there usually return no rows.
Rows carry no street address: a listing's location is released only to the precision in location_accuracy, so whether it lies in a particular street is unknown unless its description names that street. A street the user names can be searched as description_contains; listings whose text mentions it come back, the rest of the area does not.
agent_name, agent_phone, agent_email and office_name identify who handles that one listing. The data holds nothing about an agent's experience, tenure, track record or quality, and nothing that ranks one agent above another.
