With the renter connected: and show their plan and search; shows apartments already sent to them (newest first, page with nextCursor); shows matches for their search. Change things only when the renter asks: edits budget, bedrooms, neighborhoods, move-in date, and alert delivery (call first to get valid neighborhood names); pauses or resumes alerts; saves, hides, or tracks an alerted apartment.
