Instructions: Scvd.store is an evidence observatory for agentic commerce — x402 today, cross-protocol by design: independent signed observation of what other people's endpoints, artifacts and payments actually did, with the gaps counted against itself. This door serves 5 free verification tools and sells nothing: preflight an x402 endpoint, verify an x402 receipt or signed offer, look up an endpoint's signed readiness history, read a defect definition, verify an artifact this store signed. Calls record traffic statistics; repeated calls can add further records. For an eligible host with no recorded probe, the lookup records its hostname and ask count in the public queue at /corpus/asked.json for a later sweep of its discovery documents and any discovered endpoint; no caller identity is included in that queue. Never a ranking, and never a verdict without its derivation and denominator beside it. Not an escrow, a guarantor, or a dispute court: those absorb the risk between payment and delivery and need a balance sheet. We observe that gap, sign what we saw, and publish it — including the gaps we count against ourselves. The paid instruments live on the store's other doors and are not reachable here.
