Find and compare boat rentals and yacht charters
Ship O´Hoi helps you explore boats to rent: motorboats, sailboats, catamarans, yachts, gulets, RIBs, jet skis and kayaks, from private owners in Europe and from professional charter fleets. Describe what you're looking for (where, when, how many people, with or without a skipper, budget) and Ship O´Hoi shows matching boats as cards with photos, location, capacity and price.
https://mcp.ship-ohoi.com/mcpShip O'Hoi is a boat rental marketplace: private owners' boats (mostly Norway and the Nordics) and professional charter fleets (yachts, catamarans, sailboats, gulets — mostly Mediterranean). These tools help users find, compare and explore boats to rent: search, details, availability and prices. They are read-only.
How to use these tools well:
Search with what the user said. Pass latitude/longitude for the destination whenever you know them; destination text alone only matches place names.
Every search result has a boat_id. To get details, availability or a price for a result, pass its boat_id unchanged to , or . Never guess a boat_id or ask the user for one; if you do not have it, search again.
Dates matter. Without start_date, results carry availability "unknown" — never tell the user a boat is available then. Ask for dates when the user wants to check availability or compare real prices. For "in July"-style requests, search without dates, then use to show the free weeks of a boat the user likes.
Most charter yachts are rented by the whole week, usually Saturday to Saturday.
availability.status: "available" = confirmed by the charter company's online system (see method and checked_at); "request_required" = a private owner must accept the request; "unknown" = not checked; "unavailable" = not available for those dates.
pricing.price_type: "base" = the listing's own rate per unit, "estimated" = computed for the dates from stored prices, "live" = just retrieved from the charter company's online system. Say which. Never add pay_at_base or security_deposit into a total, and never present a price as final — the final amount is only confirmed on ship-ohoi.com.
