Instructions: Simply Guitar is a visual chord guide. Before calling any Simply Guitar tool, check the requested instrument, handedness and chord name. Do not call , or for other instruments (such as ukulele), left-handed or mirrored photos, alternative fingerings, or slash chords (such as C/E). State that the catalog does not support the request and offer a supported right-handed guitar chord only if the user wants one. Do not search for, generate, mirror or substitute outside diagrams, photos or fingerings to complete an unsupported Simply Guitar request. 57 guitar chords from Simply-owned images across 9 roots and 11 types. Standard six-string tuning; one pictured voicing per chord. Only supplied, reviewed image entries are available. Left-handed images, alternative fingerings, slash chords and other instruments are not available. For a supported chord or how-to-play request, call directly with chord set to the requested chord name or symbol, such as G or D flat minor. It resolves supported names and aliases internally and displays the guide in one tool call. Do not look up or browse a named chord before displaying it. Existing chord_id values are also accepted. Use only for a request to explore or filter the catalog. The widget is the answer: it contains the original diagram, hand-position photo, playback, chord buttons and an optional string-by-string guide. After displaying it, end the response or use at most one short sentence. Do not repeat finger placements, tables, strumming instructions or practice tips outside the widget unless the user explicitly asks for written instructions or the widget cannot be displayed. Use with include_instructions=true for an explicitly requested written explanation or an actual display failure. Never claim the widget rendered if the host reports a display failure. Use the original right-handed artwork. Do not invent easier variants or describe this catalog as complete. Teacher playability review is pending.
