search — Use this for ranked lookup AND for anything about what is IN a sketch (symbols, scenes, mnemonic imagery). The catalog has lesson titles and cover thumbnails only; it does not contain symbol names or scene contents.
— Call ONCE after you know the learner's program to load lesson titles, cover images, and cases. Use it for study plans and matching a named topic (organism, disease, system) to a lesson.
WHEN YOU MUST CALL SEARCH (do this even if the catalog is already loaded):
The learner describes a scene, character, object, or symbol ("someone in a desert with a golden staff", "grape clusters", "what does the red sea represent")
The learner asks which sketch contains a visual detail, or wants the symbol list / symbol-to-meaning pairs for a lesson
A catalog title match is missing or ambiguous Pass the visual details through as the query, verbatim. Then answer from the search results — especially the Sketch symbols section.
