Read and check X12 EDI files
Paste or upload raw X12 EDI and the EDI Translator turns it into a readable table: purchase order lines (850), PO acknowledgments (855), advance ship notices with every carton's SSCC label and contents (856), invoices (810), inventory advice (846), PO changes (860), warehouse orders and advice (940/945), and functional acknowledgments (997) with the reason a document was rejected. It reads the separators from the ISA header and checks the structure: segment counts, control numbers, line-item counts, invoice totals against the lines, and missing required segments.
Example path
https://edi-translator.sku.io/mcpTranslates raw X12 EDI into readable line items and plain-English segment meanings, and checks the envelope and trailer counts. edi_text takes pasted EDI exactly as given (reformatting or stripping characters breaks the parse); edi_file takes an uploaded file. The checks are structural X12 checks, not a retailer's implementation guide, so they cannot confirm a retailer will accept a document. Nothing is stored.
