Turnover, DSI and GMROI

Upload your current stock (SKU, on hand, unit cost, optionally beginning on hand) and a sales or orders CSV, and Inventory KPIs calculates inventory turnover, days of inventory, sell-through and GMROI per SKU and for the whole catalog, annualized from the sales period. Slow movers and SKUs with no sales are flagged.

Instructions: Inventory KPIs for e-commerce sellers and their accountants, computed from the user's own stock and sales exports. The tool reads CSVs the user uploads (or rows already in the conversation) and shows turnover, days of inventory, sell-through and GMROI per SKU in a sortable table. Nothing is stored: files are read in memory for the one call. If a required column is missing, the error names the columns it found.
