Upload a Shopify orders export, an Amazon FBA inventory report or any CSV with SKU, date and quantity columns. The Inventory Planner calculates reorder points and safety stock, how many units to send to FBA rounded to whole cases, and which products are out of stock, at risk, overstocked or dead stock.

Instructions: Inventory planning calculations for e-commerce sellers, computed from the user's own sales and stock exports. Each tool reads a CSV the user uploads (or rows already in the conversation), computes per-SKU results and shows them in a sortable table. Nothing is stored: files are read in memory for the one call. If a required column is missing, the error names the columns it found.
