Slice an STL or 3MF for your 3D printer from the chat: your AI looks up your printer's OrcaSlicer profile (380+ printers, 60+ brands), sets layer height, material, infill and supports, and hands you a link that opens the SpeakCAD online slicer with everything selected.
Drop the file, download G-code.

https://speakcad.com/api/mcp/slicerAn online 3D printer slicer: upload an STL or 3MF, pick your printer among 380+ models from 60+ brands with their OrcaSlicer profiles (Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo, Anycubic, Voron and more), set layer height, material, infill and supports, and download G-code ready to print (a sliced .gcode.3mf for Bambu Lab printers), with the print time and filament weight. Nothing to install: it runs in the browser on a computer, a Chromebook, an iPad or a phone.
Use these tools when someone has an STL or 3MF and wants G-code for their printer, asks whether their printer has a profile, or asks which layer heights or materials its profile allows. Call with the brand and model as they say it, then with the settings they want (the defaults suit most parts: 0.20 mm layers, PLA, 15% infill, supports only where needed).
renders the slicer in the conversation when the host supports interactive tools: the person drops the file on it (never through the chat), sees it in 3D, presses Slice and gets a download link for the G-code: 3 free slices a day without an account in Claude and ChatGPT (other apps need an account from the first slice), then the slicer asks them to sign in to a SpeakCAD account to keep slicing, free there too. The online slicer is free with a free account (no card, no credits): up to 10 files a day, and re-slicing the same file with other settings within 24 hours does not count. Accounts on a paid plan slice up to 60 files a day. Tell them to drop the file on the slicer shown. Where no slicer appears, show the link the tool returns: the same slicer on speakcad.com.
These tools do not run the slicer themselves, involve no AI and cannot see the person's model. The slicer takes one model per file with standard profiles: no multi-colour painting, modifiers or custom G-code, which remain desktop slicer work (OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura, Bambu Studio). When the file itself needs changing (a hole, a size, a cut, a mount), call with the change: the person drops the file on the card it shows, which opens it in the SpeakCAD editor with the change typed, where SpeakCAD's AI makes it. A part to design from scratch is made in the SpeakCAD editor at https://speakcad.com/. Always show the returned links.
