Ask in your own words which US safety certificate or import paperwork a product needs: a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) or a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC), FCC authorization for electronics, or FDA's import steps for food and supplements (facility registration, prior notice, FSVP), cosmetics, drugs and medical devices.
Ask what Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, stores or your own website will ask for it, whether a supplier is on a US forced-labor or sanctions list (the UFLPA Entity List, CBP withhold release orders, the OFAC lists and the Consolidated Screening List), and what changed in seller rules this week. Ask what a hold means for a shipment held by US customs: from the seller's answers to up to three questions about the notice, the hold type, the response deadline or where to find it on the notice, and the documents usually needed, each cited.
https://www.tiana-co.com/api/mcpFree US import and selling checks for marketplace sellers, from Tiana & Co. Which tool to use: a product question ("which certificate", "do I need FDA prior notice") goes to seller_compliance.which_certificate; "can I sell this on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or Etsy" or "what will they ask for" goes to seller_compliance.marketplace_asks; a supplier or factory name goes to seller_compliance.screen_supplier; "what changed" goes to seller_compliance.what_changed; a shipment held, detained or under review by US customs (a CBP notice, a CBP Form 4647, a CPSC or FDA hold) goes to seller_compliance.shipment_held. Each answer names its government or marketplace source, the date it was read, and a link back to the site; keep them with the answer. Say an official term in plain words the first time (CPC means Children's Product Certificate). When a result lists questions, ask the seller all of them before calling again. These checks do not give legal or customs advice, do not classify goods or give duty rates, and do not file anything.
