Tobie Total Rewards compares up to five job offers component by component from the terms you give it: annual pay from a salary or from hourly rates and hours, guaranteed versus conditional bonuses, signing cash and the largest amount you could have to repay, your health premiums, employer HSA funding, and the retirement match with tiers, caps and vesting at the horizon you choose. It adds those stated components into a clearly named ledger, solves the salary one offer needs to match another to the cent (recalculating a salary-linked match), shows equity in a separate hypothetical panel that is never added to cash, and, if you ask, pay per worked hour.
