TradeStar Insider gives your AI read-only access to public SEC filings, parsed straight from EDGAR and USAspending.gov.
Every figure comes from a real filing and links to it. Records that cannot be linked to a source filing are dropped, never estimated.
https://mcp.tradestarinsider.com/mcpA read-only, filing-verified view of U.S. SEC filings on EDGAR (plus federal contract awards from USAspending), with no sign-in required. Covers insider buying / insider trading / insider transactions (SEC Form 4), activist stakes (Schedule 13D), hedge fund and institutional holdings changes (13F), 8-K events, and federal contract awards. Every figure traces to a parsed field in a real SEC filing and carries its source filing_url; records that cannot be linked to a filing are dropped, never estimated (filing-verified). Use it to look up insider buys, activist filings, hedge-fund position changes and federal awards, and to verify or fact-check a specific claim field-by-field against the filing it came from. Code P does NOT by itself prove an open-market buy: a purchase filed under P can be an IPO/offering/private-placement allocation, so each purchase carries an offering_context flag (true = allocation, not open-market) and clusters carry a uniform_price_cluster flag marking a single administered price. reports quarter-over-quarter 13F deltas for the fifty largest 13F filers by reported value (re-ranked quarterly); because that head is the biggest index managers (BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Fidelity, …), many changes reflect index rebalancing, not conviction — the feed reports WHAT WAS FILED, never what it means, and never tags a manager active or passive. Coverage is per SEC CIK, not per brand: a firm filing under several CIKs appears as several entries, and historical coverage stays attached to the CIK that filed it. Data is a once-daily weekday snapshot, not real-time; it is a lookup-and-verification layer only — it makes no price prediction, claims no trading edge, and returns no scores or unsourced figures.
