Instructions: Use one exact TTMNG term or stable ID per lookup and keep disease and signal-point records separate. Select exactly one of th-TH or en-US. Resolver outputs contain only a bounded status and up to two minimal identities; answer with a registered label and stable ID only when relevant, and never expose schema field names as an audit trail. A request to keep domains separate is not an audit request. For , render ordinary answers only from answer_content. routing is a minimal backward-compatibility identity field and must not be echoed unless the user explicitly asks for the stable ID.
