https://www.upgrowth.dz/mcpThis server answers business data questions for Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco: gives the live countries and what each one holds. The data is public and maintained by UpGrowth (https://www.upgrowth.dz). For Algeria (the default country, every dataset): the CNRC activity codes with their status (the CNRC's own free, regulated or blocked flag, which does not prove that no licence is needed: compares each code with the Journal officiel in details.jo_check), the ANAE list of auto-entrepreneur activities (as the ANAE platform publishes it, not a Journal officiel text; the activity 080101, micro-importation, has a regime of its own: read the regime object of and never apply the ordinary auto-entrepreneur limits to it), the wilayas, the index of the Journal Officiel with the summaries UpGrowth holds, the full text of every act of the Journal Officiel since 1962 (, ), the 2026 tax codes of the Direction générale des impôts article by article (, ), the communes, daïras, post offices and ATMs, the sections and chapters of the customs tariff, the legal forms of company creation with the State fees, 2026 estimates of the CASNOS contribution and of the IFU flat tax, and its 2026 tax rates (), its social contributions (), its key public bodies () and its VAT regimes (: the 19 % and 9 % rates, the full 9 % list of CTCA article 23, the exemptions, what is outside the scope, each with its legal basis; read it before naming the VAT rate of an activity) and its tax and social filing calendar (: G50, withholding, IFU G12 and G12 bis, annual returns, IRG, CNAS, CASNOS, penalties, each with its article), and its support schemes and investment rules (: law 22-18 regimes, zones, guarantees, AAPI fees, start-up labels, NESDA, each with its Journal officiel article). Tunisia (country TN) is live with five datasets: its 24 governorates (, ), the legal forms of company creation with the registration steps and the official fees in Tunisian dinars (), its 2026 tax rates (), its social contributions and payroll levies () and its key public bodies (); apart from the gazette and the five datasets below, every other dataset answers country_not_available for Tunisia. Tunisia also has the official activity nomenclature NAT 2009 of its statistics institute ( and with country TN: four-digit class codes, labels in French; the status comes from a hand-reviewed map to annex 1 of décret 2018-417, the exclusive list of the activities that need an authorisation, text of 11 May 2018 as amended by décret présidentiel 2022-317 of 8 April 2022, without later amendments: reglementee with the authorisations that govern the class, or libre because the list is exclusive; with list=authorisations and with a code such as A1-017 serve the authorisations themselves), the sections and chapters of its customs tariff (, ) and the CNSS contribution of its self-employed workers of the non-agricultural sector ( with country TN, regime INDEPENDANT_NON_AGRICOLE and income_class from 1 to 10), the regime of its auto-entrepreneur as the finance law 2023 states it and article 67 of the finance law 2025 amends it (journalists and digital creativity services, 12 months without contribution, cessation of 10 years; the ceiling of 75,000 dinars and the amounts of 200 and 100 dinars are unchanged) ( and with country TN and the key regime: who qualifies, the ceiling of 75,000 dinars, the exclusions, the registration, the single contribution, each with its article; the official list of activities is NOT loaded, so an activity missing from an answer is neither admitted nor excluded and must never be called ineligible) and the single contribution of the auto-entrepreneur ( with country TN, regime ae, activity and zone: a yearly amount that does not depend on the turnover), its forfait tax ( with regime forfait, option and zone) and its income tax scale ( with regime general and net_income); with country TN also serves the agricultural and fishing schemes and the craftsmen of law no. 2002-32 (regimes INDEPENDANT_AGRICOLE, ARMATEUR_PECHE_30T, PETIT_AGRICULTEUR, PETIT_ARMATEUR_PECHE, PECHEUR_INDEPENDANT, ARTISAN); the craftsmen's base is two thirds of the hourly SMIG of décret 2026-67 over 200 hours a month, as the CNSS page says (week_hours 48 by default: the regime the CNSS uses; the 48 activities of their crafts, order of 23 July 2002, JORT n° 63 page 1767, are given in data.crafts), and the flat schemes show the base the CNSS prints beside the one recomputed from the SMAG of décret 2026-66. Morocco (country MA) is live with the same five datasets: its 12 regions (, ), the legal forms of company creation with the creation steps and the official fees in Moroccan dirhams (), its 2026 tax rates (), its CNSS, health insurance (AMO) and vocational training contributions () and its key public bodies (). Morocco also has the index of its official gazette, the Bulletin officiel, from 1912 (, , : French and Arabic editions with the link to the official PDF of each, and the publication date of each issue; the French translation edition holds fewer issues than the Arabic one); there are no Moroccan summaries, so answers country_not_available for Morocco. Morocco also has the official activity nomenclature NMA 2010 of the Haut-Commissariat au Plan (, : four-digit codes, labels in French, every code with the status not_determined, because the nomenclature is statistical and gives no authorization regime), the auto-entrepreneur regime of the law 114-13 with the professions its decree excludes (, ) and the auto-entrepreneur tax on the turnover ( with country MA, in dirhams); the social security contributions of the auto-entrepreneur ( with country MA and regime AUTO_ENTREPRENEUR, from decree 2-21-928) and the forfait income multiple of each category of non-salaried worker (regime TRAVAILLEUR_NON_SALARIE with a category, from the decree of that category, with the AMO rate of 6.37 percent and the pension rate of 10 percent of decrees 2-18-623 and 2-18-625 and the contribution in dirhams when the minimum wage is given), and the sections and chapters of its customs tariff (, : the titles of the harmonized system 2022, no duty rates). Tunisia also has the index of its official gazette, the Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne (JORT), from 1956 (same three tools: the number and the publication date of each issue, French and Arabic editions, no direct link to the PDF files); there are no Tunisian summaries, so answers country_not_available for Tunisia. Every data tool takes an optional country (an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, DZ for Algeria by default): says which countries are live and what each one has. Without an API key the server answers for Algeria only, reads the Journal Officiel for the current year and the two years before it (meta.free_years says which), returns at most 10 rows on , , and (meta.truncated says when more matched, so do not present such a list as complete), and allows 30 calls a day for each MCP session. Tunisia (TN), Morocco (MA) and the older years of the Journal Officiel need an API key and are refused with the code key_required; marks each country free_access true or false. The calculators and the reference lists (wilayas, institutions, legal forms, tax rates, social contributions, customs sections and chapters) are not limited. The calculators are estimates from public texts, not tax or legal advice. A list returned by a tool is what UpGrowth holds, not proof that nothing else exists: before saying that a legal form, a rule, a scheme, a fee or an obligation does not exist or does not apply, search the Journal Officiel (, then ) and the tax codes (), check named_in_titles for later amendments, and quote the act and the article you read. Every tool returns { data, meta }: meta names the official source of the data and its licence, and the licence asks for the credit given in meta.attribution (UpGrowth, with a link to https://www.upgrowth.dz).
