Voice Notify for Codex
Private offline Codex alerts
Hear private, offline voice alerts when Codex needs permission, starts or stops a subagent, compacts context, or finishes work on macOS and Windows. Use guided setup; choose a female or male voice in Korean, Japanese, English, Russian, or Simplified Chinese; select lifecycle events; test playback; or mute alerts.
What you can ask
- Set up Voice Notify with the female Korean voice, then open a new Codex CLI terminal so I can review /hooks.
