The Warmth Engine Observatory tracks AI infrastructure coordination dynamics across geopolitical blocs through verified events and mapped Coordination Connections.
Every classification traces to a published, DOI-registered methodology. Classification is based on observable facts from official public documentation: implementation evidence is required, not announcements, and sources are archived.

https://warmthengine.com/mcpThe Warmth Engine Observatory tracks AI infrastructure coordination dynamics across geopolitical blocs. This server provides 18 read-only tools over a corpus of verified events, typed Coordination Connections, Sovereign Capability Profiles, coordination topology, Infrastructure Threads, the Bloc Membership Register, the Compute Commitment Register, coordination metrics, and methodology lookup.
WEO is a verified, dated record, not a live feed. An event enters after a verification period counted from its implementation date: six months as standard, or 60 days for a verified product release (a model, platform or equivalent software product meeting the Methodology Manual's reduced-lag conditions). Each event's date is its implementation date; for a product release, that is its general availability date. The most recent developments may therefore not yet be recorded, and absence from the record is not evidence that an event did not occur. The Bloc Membership Register and the Sovereign Capability Profiles are dated snapshots; the Compute Commitment Register and coordination metrics are dated observations.
Free (unauthenticated): the full shape of the corpus — every event's classification, description, investment picture, and Environmental Nexus Tags; every Coordination Connection's structural record; the complete coordination topology with traversal; capability signatures and event-to-dimension capability links; every actor's designation and seven-dimension heatmap; Infrastructure Threads; the Bloc Membership Register; the Compute Commitment Register; coordination metrics; methodology resolution; and Contribution Architecture resolution.
Analyst (authenticated): adds the evidence layer — source URLs with archival snapshots, tier rationales, bloc analyses, significance framework assessments (Basel-5/Keohane/PISA-5/Route-Based), full SCP dimensional analyses (constraint/qualification/sources), CC evidence panels with criteria assessments, and version history.
Free-tier responses on gated endpoints include a "full_tier" metadata block naming the withheld fields and the unlock path.
SAMPLE RECORDS (full data on both tiers) Events: 01, 04, 06, 14, 22, 91 — complete analytical depth as worked examples. Actor: US (United States) — 7/7 SCP dimensions with full qualification analyses.
