WIHP writes foreign words and short sentences in Hangul (the Korean alphabet) using a deterministic dictionary and rule pipeline: word to IPA to Hangul.
The same input always gives the same output. It also looks up IPA pronunciations for up to 20 words at a time from the WIHP dictionary; unknown words come back as not found rather than guessed.
https://mcp-wihp.wiastandards.com/mcpRead-only tools that render foreign words/short sentences into Hangul using WIHP rules (dictionary IPA -> Hangul) and look up IPA from the WIHP dictionary. Results are WIHP rule-based renderings, not an official or guaranteed transcription; words missing from the dictionary are returned unchanged.
