GlobalGov puts the world's public procurement inside your AI.
Government buyers in 193 countries publish tenders on hundreds of separate portals, in dozens of languages, and most suppliers only ever see their home market. GlobalGov reads them all and lets you ask in plain language.
https://freemcp.globalgov.io/GlobalGov indexes government procurement records (solicitations, tenders, grants) across 193 countries, whatever language they were published in. Tools return JSON in both the text content block and structuredContent.
Access levels: without an X-API-Key header you get a genuinely useful FREE tier — (unlimited); (15 results/page, up to 3 pages, ~30 searches/visitor/24h); returning the FACTUAL record only (no AI brief), ~10 opens/visitor/24h; and returning up to 3 related, ~3 calls/visitor/24h. The live feed (), full-depth paginated search, the full related set, and the AI brief on records require a valid X-API-Key on a plan that includes API access (governed by the per-key hourly limit). When a free daily cap is spent, tools return an honest error='free_tier_limit_reached' result with reset_at — wait for the reset or connect an API key rather than treating it as empty. If a tool returns error='unavailable_for_tier' or 'upgrade_required', tell the user to connect a GlobalGov API key from a plan with API access.
Degraded states are reported honestly: when a backing cache is cold or the database is under load, tools return an isError result whose JSON payload has error='warming_up' or 'computing' and retryable=true — retry after a short delay rather than treating it as an empty result.
