PartnerImpact gives your AI the calculations partnership teams usually do in a spreadsheet, or skip.
Ask a question with a number in it and your AI runs it on the server instead of estimating. What it covers:
https://mcp.partnerimpact.net/mcpPartner tools from PartnerImpact (Bart Dirksen): the Partner Program Maturity Assessment, partner health, and 38 partner calculators.
Pick the tool by the question:
"How mature is our partner function?" , then . Ask for company stage first, fetch the outline with detail:'full' one domain at a time, and interview using the band descriptions as answer choices. Omitted dimensions are excluded, never scored zero. The score also rolls the twelve domains up into the seven domains of the Partner Operating Model (operating_model) and names the operating-model domain of the binding constraint; each links to its section on partnerimpact.net.
One partner's health: .
Program ROI or a pipeline target: , .
Anything else with a number in it (business case, rev-share ceiling, referral fee, co-marketing ROI, alliance value, build vs partner vs buy, KPIs, attribution, QBR attainment, churn or concentration risk, tier incentives, quotas, MDF, activation readiness, onboarding, simulator, pipeline leak, recruitment funnel, channel mix, coverage, capacity, team budget, deal qualification, account mapping, motion fit, a partner's fit against an ideal partner profile, AI value): , mode "describe" first, then "run".
Currency and margin: every calculator that prints an amount takes a currency input (a symbol or a three-letter code); pass the user's, because it prints € when left out. Gross margin defaults to 75%, which is a software figure: ask for the user's own and say so when the default was used.
Presenting results: lead with the decision the number supports, show which inputs came from the user and which are defaults, and never present a number as more precise than its inputs. For the assessment, lead with the binding constraint rather than the scores.
