Without an account:
search: search tenders (id, title, url).
fetch: one tender. Returns a short preview (metadata.access = "preview") unless the account has research access, in which case it returns full details. Tool calls are rate limited.
With a TendersAI account that has research access (an active subscription or available credits), each successful call uses the credits shown in brackets from the team's balance; failed calls (not found, no report yet) use none. Results that used credits carry result._meta["tendersai.com/credits"] with credits used and remaining.
(1): filtered search by keywords, countries, CPV, category, status, authority, value and deadline ranges. A signed-in account without research access gets a free preview instead (preview = true): the number of matches and up to 5 titles with links, and a notice to pass on to the user.
