It covers 318 licensing areas across England, Wales and Scotland. Ask your AI things like "who can do my taxi medical in Leeds?", "how much is a private hire driver licence in Sheffield?" or "compare taxi medical rules in Bristol and Bath".

TaxiTools returns published UK taxi and private hire licensing information from taxitools.co.uk: driver medical rules, licence fees and licensing area lookups for 318 licensing areas. Each result includes the council's own source link (source_url), the matching TaxiTools page (page), the date the data was generated, any caution recorded for an area, and notices such as the fact that rules and fees change and should be confirmed with the council. Areas whose medical rules have not yet been checked are marked as not yet checked. When a name matches more than one area or looks misspelt, the result lists candidate areas instead of requirements.
