1. Scope
Agent Ready is run by Gradient HQ, Inc. ("Agent Ready", "we", "us"). This policy covers agentready.co, the app at app.agentready.co, the Agent Ready script that our customers add to their websites, and our emails and support (together, the "Services"). "You" means any person whose personal information we have. The WebMCP Tester extension has its own policy.
Agent Ready is for businesses. Our terms of service also apply to customers.
2. What we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and company, when you fill in a form or join an email list.
- Account information, such as your name, email, job title, and organization, and the sites and settings you add to the app.
- Messages that you send us.
Information we collect when you use our sites
Usage information, such as the pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and your browser and device type. We also collect information that we need to keep the Services secure, such as IP addresses, which we use to stop abuse.
Agent activity on our customers' websites
Information about how AI agents use the tools on our customers' sites, such as which tools they call, what kind of request they make, which AI company made the agent, and whether the agent got an answer. We design the script to collect this without identifying the people who visit those sites. If this information includes personal information, we protect it as this policy describes.
Public information
Information from public websites, app directories, and connector listings, which we use to describe companies and their products on agentready.co.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Services, such as dashboards, tools, scans, and the emails you ask for.
- To answer questions and give support.
- To keep the Services secure and to stop fraud and abuse.
- To understand how the Services are used and to improve them.
- To tell you about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To make aggregated and de-identified information (see section 4).
- To obey the law and enforce our terms.
4. Aggregated and de-identified information
We may combine, aggregate, or de-identify information so that it does not identify you, your company, your website, or any other person. We may use and share that information for any lawful purpose, such as benchmarks, industry research that we publish, and building and improving our products. We do not try to re-identify it.
5. AI
We use AI models from other companies to provide parts of the Services. These providers may not use our data to train their models. We do not use personal information to train AI models.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that work for us, such as hosting, database, sign-in, email, analytics, and AI providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With our customers, who see the agent activity for their own sites.
- For legal reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect people, our rights, or the Services.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, financing, or sale of the company.
- With your permission.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies that we need to keep you signed in to the app. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site analytics do not use cookies.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or de-identify it. Account information stays while the account is open.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is fully secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to or limit how we use it. To ask, email privacy@trygradient.ai. We may need to confirm who you are. We will not treat you differently because you asked.
