TF Rooms connects your AI to New Leaf Properties: twelve motels and extended-stay locations in Twin Falls, Idaho.

It answers from the properties' own live systems, so availability and prices are current rather than remembered, and it can reserve a room after the guest proves their email address. It has eight tools.

The live minimum for each property and room type is minNightsByRoomType in that property's /.netlify/functions/inventory answer; applies it.
checks rooms for the requested dates. The numbers in the published availability feeds are CAPACITY — how many rooms of each type each property sells online — and carry no dates at all. They are not a count of empty rooms.
A stay is capped at 30 days. $1,000 buys UP TO 30 DAYS in a single room; it is not a monthly rate and this business does not rent by the month. validates a stay and emails a code without holding a room. requires that code and holds an available room awaiting staff confirmation within 24 hours. The guest brings photo ID. The guest agreement is signed at check-in before a key is issued. The property reserve.html form remains available. No tool takes payment or signs for a guest. reads a reservation using its number and last four phone digits. uses an emailed code in two steps; the published cancellation policy applies. Date changes are handled by cancelling and rebooking.
