Toqia is the all-in-one management software for restaurants and caterers in France (quotes, invoices and e-invoicing, staff planning under the HCR agreement, HACCP, reservations, marketing).

With the Toqia connector, a business administrator asks your AI about their own data and lets your AI prepare work: list unpaid invoices with days overdue and amounts due; get covers, reservations and catering events for any day, compared with the same day last year; search past quotes by client or event; read the latest Google reviews and draft replies; prepare a new quote from an old one, or a weekly staff planning proposal. Your AI never sends, publishes or deletes anything: prepared quotes land as "Pre-quote to validate" and plannings as proposals, to be approved in Toqia.
