Trace Any Image finds where an image appears online and whether it needs a licence.
Give your AI an image address, a page address or an uploaded file, and the connector searches the web for the same picture (with Google Cloud Vision's web detection) and gives one of four verdicts with the links behind it: paid stock found (on Getty Images, iStock, Shutterstock, Alamy, Adobe Stock or a similar site: it needs a licence unless you bought one or it's in the public domain), free source found (on Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash, Pexels or a similar source: check that page's licence), widely published with the owner unknown (on 10 or more sites: treat it as licensed), or not found (nowhere online, or only on a few sites with no owner named). It never says an image is safe or free to use.
